HICTOP is a Chinese company that manufactures cheap 3D printers. This company also produces an economic filament that has the great advantage of being found in the most famous electronic markets.

This filament produced in China is, after all, a good filament, it is recommended for the realization of cantilevered or bridge parts, because even if it slightly yields, it creates very light stringing phenomena.
It is not particularly recommended for the creation of gears, mechanical parts in general (compatible with the realization in PLA). Because it undergoes a thermal deformation that does not allow a high dimensional accuracy. It can give rise to a minimum lack of colour and change in colour at some points.
It is however resistant and recommended for objects subject to pressure/traction.
Ventilation is recommended as always, but even if absent it does not affect the success of the print.
The finish is pleasant even if on some layers the color is faded.
This filament has a good yield on the details, even if not perfect.
The printed cube has lost 1% of its size on 2 centimeters.

The palette is certainly varied, the colours are vivid but it has a certain brightness which does not allow the immediate vision of the details.
This filament does not present any particular problems related to extrusion.
Without special settings and with standard retraction values, this filament does not cause unwanted stringing phenomena.
The almost no need for ventilation on the part of this filament is its real strength. It can be used profitably even without having a fan for the extruded material
Once extruded, the filament acquires considerable mechanical resistance and is not delaminated even though it applies a lot of force. * This test may vary depending on the extrusion temperature.
Realization of overhanging and bridge parts
The creation of the bridge highlights the excellent usability of this filament for the construction of bridges and has a bottom for overhangs up to 60 degrees without any special precautions in the settings. Even though it gives off slightly, it remains very cohesive and mechanically resistant.
